Synopsis:
After learning about a string of pirate attacks in the New York bay, Kent Thurston boards the S.S. James which is loaded with gold. When the pirates strike, Kent dons his cloak which grants him the power of invisibility. He boards the submarine the pirates are using and is taken back to their hideout, a derelict ship anchored at sea. The Invisible Hood cuts the ship loose, and helps the sub's inventor summon the coast guard.
