Comments:
This feature is retitled "Invisible Justice" beginning in this story. The main character is still known as the Invisible Hood.

The Invisible Hood acquires a cloak and hood that now render him truly invisible in this story.

Synopsis:
Kent Thurston learns that the Spade Gang has kidnapped Professor Hans Van Dorn who is working on an experimental invisibility formula. The Invisible Hood infiltrates the gang and is taken to their hideout deep inside an underground mine. He locates the professor who uses a sample of his formula to make the hero's hood and robes invisible.

The Hood, now truly invisible, is able to escape the mine and summon the authorities. Before they can arrive, Spade kills the professor, who takes the secret of invisibility to his grave. The Hood retains the invisibility cloak for later use.
