Prey:Part Two

This story is continued from Legends of the Dark Knight #11 and continues in Legends of the Dark Knight #13.

Synopsis:
Bruce Wayne attends a dinner party hosted by the mayor. He learns about the psychological profile being constructed by Hugo Strange. Meanwhile, the police task force keeps trying to capture Batman. Gordon, the head of task force, wants to help Batman, but his second-in-command Maxwell Cort is obsessed.

Batman apprehends the criminal known as Fish and turns him over to police. He is shot at in the process. Gordon creates a signal to communicate with Batman, which Cort sees. Cort then brings police records to Hugo Strange, so that they can work together to bring down the Batman.
