Synopsis:
Superman returns to Smallville, the town in which he grew up. He is honored by the citizens and is reunited with Lana Lang. Several menaces begin striking which are identical to ones he faced years ago as Superboy. He learns that some citizens staged the disasters to remind him of the past in hopes that the Man of Steel would decide to return permanently to Smallville. Superman shows them the error of their ways and explains that he has moved on to new responsibilities in Metropolis.
