Synopsis:
While helping out at a boys' camp, Ted Grant learns that the father of Billy Gibson has been accused of theft. Ted investigates as Wildcat and soon becomes suspicious of bank employee Nick Rand. Wildcat follows Rand to a hide-out where Gibson is held captive. Wildcat is caught too, but he soon escapes. He learns that Rand is planning to eliminate Billy too, so he heads back to the boys' camp. The boys then help Wildcat stop the crooks and clear Billy's father.
