Synopsis:
Stretch Skinner visits the carnival and allows a showman to guess his weight. The man guesses correctly, but pretends to fail. He awards Stretch with a doll and tells him to give it to Wildcat. Later the doll is stolen from Stretch prompting Wildcat to investigate. When Wildcat reaches the carnival, the showman is dead. Wildcat finds the crooks and captures them, learning that the weight-guesser had evidence against them and tried to deliver it to Wildcat in the doll.
