Synopsis:
The Blue Boys witness a smokestack lean over. Next they see men flying through the air. When they investigate with Little Miss Redhead, they find the flying men have landed on the roof of a building and are stealing a safe.

They kids fail to stop the crooks, so they check the smokestack. They learn that it is a disguised cannon which fires crooks onto rooftops. The crooks catch them, but the kids escape. Then they track down the gang, following a paint trail left on their tires by Little Miss Redhead. This time the Blue Boys prevail in stopping the bandits.
