Synopsis:
Toughy and Tubby befriend a stray dog who proves to be rather smart. When they go into action as the Blue Boys they see the dog outside a house that is being robbed. The crook has trained the dog to alert him about trouble. The Blue Boys go after the crook, and the dog helps them since they were nicer to him than his master. The crook is caught, and the dog is given to the boys to take care of.
