Synopsis:
Criminologist Timothy Whipple opens a school for detectives. Since everyone believes him to be a crackpot, he can't attract students. Finally two crooks enroll in his school while dodging police. They learn how to crack a safe from the professor and plan to use the knowledge for crime.

Mr. Terrific and Whipple help track down the crooks using clues left behind at the school. They interrupt the pair during a safe heist. After the crooks are successfully captured, Whipple's school gains respect and new students enroll. Mr. Terrific joins them as a show of support.
