Synopsis:
Johnny and Tubby are sent to the town of Twin Peaks to investigate sightings of Johnny Quick. Johnny soon discovers a criminal imposter that can fly using powerful magnets. Johnny learns the man is not truly a criminal, but is a harmless professor. Real crooks have kidnapped his family. Johnny meets with the crooks and rescues the captives. After the crooks are apprehended, the professor destroys the magnets.
