Synopsis:
When a crime-wave this town, citizens are urged to come up with new ideas to combat it. "Big-Time" Brannigan, the man behind the crime wave, comes up with an idea of his own by placing call boxes around town that summon Johnny Quick to crime scenes. While the boxes allow Johnny to find crimes, Brannigan has planned it, so that Johnny is actually helping his crimes succeed. The crooks then decide to kill Johnny, so they summon him to a trap. Johnny outwits them though, after he suspects trouble. He then rounds up Brannigan and his gang.
