Synopsis:
The mayor unveils a new statue dedicated to Johnny Quick. However, the statue's arm falls off. Johnny prevents the arm from striking the mayor, who then tries to raise money to repair the statue.

The money is donated by members of the Slow and Easy Club. The club honors Johnny for saving them from danger because they used to do things to fast. Each member tells their story of how Johnny inspired them to slow down. With the money, the statue is repaired.
