Synopsis:
Convicted strangler Ed Murphy is executed in the electric chair. Before expiring, Murphy claims that he will return and kill again. After the execution, Murphy's shade returns to Earth seeking vengeance. When the spectre attacks Doctor Occult, the ghost detective utilizes his mystic talisman which is able to dispell the shade and end the threat.
