Rip Carter and the Boy Commandos visit China to help repel the Japanese invaders. They soon meet an elderly chinese man who recognizes Rip. He tells the Commandos that Rip led an army of boys to repel several bandit warlords from China a hundred years earlier. Rip believes that the man is remembering his ancestor, who is now hailed as a hero in China. Rip and the Commandos then continue to help China fight for freedom, just like his ancestor.
