Synopsis:
Lois interviews Mr. Gilbert, an explorer who has just returned from the Amazon. When his story sounds suspicious, Lois follows the man to a waterfront shack. Inside Lois sees the real explorer held at gunpoint. Lois's presence is revealed, so she runs. The imposter follows her, but entangles himself in a fishing net. The police arrive and apprehend the crook, who had captured the explorer on the way back from the Amazon in order to get the rights to a rubber tree forest.
