Synopsis:
Oliver Queen and Roy Harper attend an auction featuring ancient weapons. Emir Bey claims to be selling a magic bow that fires invisible arrows. When his claim is scoffed at, Emir demonstrates the bow with a series of incredible stunts. After the crowd is convinced of his claims, he decides not to sell the bow.

Later the bow is stolen which draws the attention of Green Arrow and Speedy. The thieves use the bow to extort a banker. Green Arrow pretend to believe in the magic bow, then stops the crooks including Emir.

The bow was a fake. Emir used trickery and his accomplices in order to demonstrate the bow at the auction. By building up the bow's reputation he hoped to work the extortion scheme. Green Arrow's intervention foils the plan, and Emir is apprehended.
