Synopsis:
A fragment of Krypton containing a city block lands on Earth near Smallville. The fragment has been turned into Kryptonite, so Superboy is forced to observe it from a distance. One of the houses is where Superboy was born. He finds a message from Jor-El inside asking him to complete three tasks.

First Superboy constructs a monument to Krypton in the form of a park. Next he saves another doomed planet from a comet. His final task is to learn Krypton's history. Superboy discovers that he can safely enter the house because particles from the comet have neutralized the Kryptonite. Inside, he finds a recording made by Jor-El which details the history of Krypton. The comet particles begin wearing off, turning the city into a deadly menace, so Superboy hurls the city into space where it cannot endanger him.
