Synopsis:
Brooklyn is asked to give a lecture for a woman's organization. Before his appearance, he visits the barber college for a haircut. However, the barber cuts off all his hair. Embarassed by his bald head, Brooklyn goes to a store to buy a wig. There, he witnesses Big Red Hooligan and his mob leaving.

Brooklyn follows the crooks to a costume party where the other Commandos are in attendance. He and the Commandos stop the crooks from robbing the party guests. When his comrades see that Brooklyn is bald, they begin laughing hysterically. To reward him for stopping the crooks, the other Commandos give Brooklyn some hair restorer.
