Synopsis:
The Boy Commandos try to assist troops in taking a small island from the Japanese. The Japanese hold the high ground, preventing them from being driven off. Brooklyn devises a plan to drive them out with mosquitos. He sprays the swamps with DDT to make the mosquitos move to another area. However, a recent rain has washed off the DDT of his own troops, so the mosquitos go after them.

Having used up the supply of DDT, Brooklyn and the other boys take a boat to another island to get more. They are captured by the Japanese on the return trip. Brooklyn manages to convince the enemy that the DDT is poison gas. The Japanese spray it on the American troops. Eventually the mosquitos attack only the Japanese, allowing the Americans to take the island.
