Synopsis:
While listening to a radio program featuring trained seals, Brooklyn explains how the seal performs its tricks. Brooklyn then realizes that German spies are using the seals to send communications. No one believes Brooklyn's theory, so he begins his own investigation. He then brings the Boy Commandos to a bath house where the spies are operating. Brooklyn proves his theory and helps capture the spies.
