Synopsis:
Batman witnesses four young thieves steal some satellite dishes. He follows them to the hangout of the Street Demonz, a street gang. Batman busts the gang, but he lets the kids go. The gang blames the kids and vows to get even with them. Batman tries to warn the kids, but they don't believe him. When the kids return to the gang's hideout, they are attacked. Batman rescues them. Later, as Bruce Wayne, he sponsors the children in hopes that they will pursue education instead of gang life.
