Comments:
This story reveals the history of Skartaris and links the civilization to the survivors of Atlantis.
Synopsis:
After defeating Deimos, Warlord and Tara part ways with Machiste. They begin the journey to Shamballah while Machiste returns to his home in Kiro. During the journey, a dinosaur attack causes Morgan to take refuge in a mountain cavern which proves to be a doorway to a computer control center. Morgan activates the computer which was built by survivors from Atlantis who settled in Skartaris. After a great war, the civilization was destroyed and the survivors were sent back into an age of barbarism.
A pack of wolves follows Morgan into the control room. Morgan and Tara fight off the attack. They then find an Atlantean shuttle car which Morgan suspects works as an underground subway between cities. He enters one of the shuttle cars. The door closes behind him, locking him inside. The shuttle then speeds away at great speed. Morgan is briefly knocked out. When the shuttle stops, Morgan exits and is shocked to find that the shuttle has actually returned him to the surface world where he originated.
