Synopsis:
While Madame Xanadu tries to cleanse evil from her parlor, Jim Corrigan and the Spectre attempt to locate and retrieve three magical artifacts. After retrieving a magical crystal with a demon inside, they give it to Kim Liang to return to Xanadu.
The second artifact has fallen into the hands of a young boy, Jimmy, who is victimized by bullies. The artifact allows the boy to turn the bullies into thralls which he then sends to kill his parents. Corrigan and the Spectre manage to get the artifact away from the boy which frees the thralls from Jimmy's control. Corrigan convinces the Spectre to spare Jimmy's life.
When they return to Madame Xanadu, they discover that the artifacts served as bait to lure them away from the parlor. Xanadu has become a prisoner, while Kim is also held captive by the demon inside the crystal.
