Synopsis:
The Sea Devils descend into an underwater fissure with a scientist to explore. They are soon attacked by a giant man and taken captive aboard a ship. Nicky is knocked out and left behind. The Sea Devils and the professor are brought to an underground world ruled by a Golden Goddess.

The queen wants to make Dane her king, but first he must defeat a giant sea monster. Dane survives and is scheduled to become the next king. His friends are sentenced to death.

Dane and the Sea Devils work out a plan of escape, but the queen overhears them and plans to kill them all. However, Nicky arrives with the International Sea Devils in Neptimus. He rescues his friends and returns them to the surface. The fissure is sealed behind them closing off the other world. The Sea Devils also bring along Lucas, a surface man who was held prisoner. He dies as a result of a transformation, but he admits that he attempted to steal from the city, earning the wrath of the golden people.
