Comments:
This story is continued from Power of the Atom #17.
Synopsis:
After confronting CIA chief Bailey and his co-conspirators, the Atom shrinks them all to tiny size permanently. He turns them over to agent Stevens, then has a meeting with the CIA director to establish a new identity for himself. The director is actually happy about Bailey because now he has a group of tiny spies to use in the field.
Before embarking on his new life, Ray returns home one last time. He delivers the story to Norman and says farewell to Professor Hyatt and Enrica Negrini. Later, at a book signing, Norman and Jean Loring wonder where Ray is now, and when the Atom may return.
