Comments:
This story is the first post-Crisis appearance of Shiloh Norman. The Earth-1 Shiloh Norman last appeared in Mister Miracle #18. Shiloh's first name is misspelled "Shilo" in this story.
Synopsis:
Scott Free, Barda, and Oberon pack up their house and move to a New York loft. Scott contemplates getting out of the hero business. When they encounter Shilo Norman on the street, they help him stop a gang of street thieves. Scott then decides that it is time to pass the torch.
