Wally prepares to move to Keystone City. He travels with Mason Trollbridge and the Pied Piper. They arrive at the home of Joan Garrick. After visiting with her, Wally realizes that he did not arrange for a place to stay. The Piper calls his parents, who are in trouble.
The Flash reaches the house of Hartley's parents. They have been taken prisoner by a trio of powered crooks. The Flash is captured too. The Pied Piper, Mason, and Joan Garrick come to the rescue. They free Wally, help him defeat the crooks, and save Hartley's family.
Meanwhile, the boss the of the crooks, who also hired assassins in New York, plots against the Flash.
