Comments:
This story is continued from Flash #34.
By virtue of Manhunter's appearance, this story must take place chronologically prior to the Saints and Sinners storyline which begins in Manhunter #18.
This story reveals that there are two Turtles. The original Turtle is the mastermind of the gang and a former foe of Jay Garrick. The Turtle Man was a foe of Barry Allen and was later disfigured in a lab accident.
Synopsis:
Mason Trollbridge assembles a group of Wally's friends to find the missing speedster. Working together they track down the Turtle's underground lair where Wally is being held in sensory deprivation. Rather than be captured the Turtle blows himself up, intending to take Wally with him. However, Wally escapes unharmed. The remains of the Turtle's organization including the Mr. Sprynt, Sloe and Steddy, and the Turtle Man are arrested.
