Synopsis:
In the dimension accessed by Chunk, the Flash helps a small community of victims survive an assault by outlaws. Chunk arrives and absorbs the criminals, sending them into yet another world. Flash then convinces him to return the others to Earth aboard a cruise ship.
The cruise ship materializes above New York Harbor. Flash rescues Chunk and the survivors. He then convinces the authorities not to arrest Chunk. He comes up with a plan in which Chunk sends mountains of garbage to another dimension. However, when Chunk disappears with the garbage, a whirlpool is created. Although Flash neutralizes the whirlpool, the authorities blame him for the danger and for Chunk's disappearance.
