Kid Flash gets a new costume in this story.
Synopsis:
While running and vibrating at super-speed Wally West is able to communicate with a inter-dimensional being called Ryla. Ryla is a member of an underground movement on the world of Korydon. Her world has been conquered by a warrior race known as the Makryd’s. The Makryd’s are planning on attacking Earth soon. Ryla has sent three weapons to Earth to help defeat the invaders in hopes that it might also free her world.
Kid Flash alerts Flash to the situation. Flash has already located one of the weapons, a mind-over-matter machine. The machine changes Kid Flash’s costume to a design which Flash was thinking of recently. The two Flashes find the other weapons, but the Makryds manage to destory all of the weapons before they can be used.
Kid Flash journeys to Ryla’s dimension to get more weapons. He manages to free Ryla, who was recently captured. Together, the pair capture new weapons and send them to Earth.
While Kid Flash is occupied elsewhere, Flash battles the invading Makryds. He holds them off but is eventually captured. Kid Flash arrives in time to free his partner, and with the new weapons the Flashes free both worlds.
