Synopsis:
The JSA enlists the aid of several handicapped boys to help them track down criminal gangs. The JSA works with the boys to restore their confidence in themselves and to show people that the handicapped can be productive members of society. Hawkman works with a victim of infantile paralysis to combat some water robbers; a blind boy helps Dr. Mid-Nite catch arsonist Ox Morgan; Green Lantern and the one-armed Sven Lindquist expose a superstitious hoax; Wildcat is assisted by Anthony Cellini's lip reading skills to stop some outlaws; Johnny Thunder helps stutterer Tommy O'Leary corral some outlaws; and the Flash tricks Bog Logan and his gang with the assistance of spastic Bill Yancey.

Following their missions, the JSA makes a pledge with their Junior JSA followers to treat the handicapped including war veterns with respect and not pity.
