Synopsis:
A volcanic eruption releases a giant flying centipede from hibernation. The bug is mistaken as a movie hoax at first, but Superboy soon discovers that it presents a danger to the world. Each of the monster’s legs transforms elements into a different form including Kryptonite. Eventually Superboy discovers that the creature is a mother looking for its egg. The Boy of Steel locates it and takes mother and child to another planet.
