Synopsis:
The Kents return from out of town to discover their store and house have burned down due to strange rocks Superboy brought back from space. The town offers to help them out since they did not have insurance, but Jonathan refuses their help, intending to rely on Superboy instead.

When Superboy tries to help the Kents, he cannot do so openly for fear of revealing his secret identity. He tries to help secretly, but fate conspires to foil his attempts. Finally, a movie producer offers the Kents money for the film of the fires to use in a movie. The Kents use the money to rebuild.
