Synopsis:
Following the destruction of their headquarters, the Outsiders are sought for questioning by the government. Brion is summoned back to Markovia to help with the international issues. He is joined by Dr. Jace and Gardner Grayle.
Dr. Jace is secretly working against Brion. She poisoned King Gregor and a State Department official, then drugs Queen Ilona to place the blame on Brion. He is arrested, while Gardner escapes and contacts the other Outsiders.
Looker contacts Brion and learns that Dr. Jace is behind the plot. The Outsiders help Brion escape. Then the team receives a message to report to the Green Lantern Citadel. Sensing that the emergency may be linked to Dr. Jace's treachery, the Outsiders leave Markovia to answer the summons.
