Synopsis:
Batman, Robin, and Harvey Dent are tied inside a refrigerated rail car with a bomb inside. Batman is able to use the freon gas in the pipes to freeze the bomb. He then escapes. He makes a truce with Harvey to go after Paul Sloane, the phony Two-Face. However, Two-Face double-crosses him and both crooks escape.
Batman then sets a trap for Sloane. With the help of Sloane's wife, Batman is able to help Paul and convince him to stop his criminal activities. Sloane then assists Batman in setting a trap for Harvey. When Two-Face tries to steal the Constitution, Batman stops him. Paul then undergoes plastic surgery to repair the disfigurement to his face.
