Synopsis:
While Dr. Jace begins an experimental procedure to restore Metamorpho to human form, Gardner Grayle pays a visit from STAR Labs. Grayle is given a tour of the facility and explains to Jace that he is haunted by precognitive powers. He then has a vision of the near future in which the station is destroyed.

Major Disaster has stowed away on the helicopter that brought Grayle to the station. He begins looking for information and is under orders from Skull to destroy the station. Batman, Black Lightning, and Katana begin fighting him as reinforcements from Skull are summoned.

The rest of the Outsiders are returning to the station after government agents tried to arrest them for their recent actions at Camp David. They encounter agents of Skull on the way. Grayle becomes the Atomic Knight and helps them. Once the Skull soldiers are defeated, they return to the station to help fight Major Disaster. In the battle, the station is destroyed.
