Synopsis:
The Justice League assists with cleanup efforts in the South Pacific following the unsuccessful alien invasion of Earth. On a nearby island five second-rate super-villains led by Major Disaster try to commandeer a crashed Khund ship. They get it airborne, but when Guy Gardner crashes through the ship it is irreparably damaged. The super-villains are taken into custody.

After the cleanup efforts resume, the League is witness to an explosion of black light.
