Synopsis:
A pair of bizarre robberies arouse the interest of Mark Merlin. He realizes the stolen items are ingredients in the potion of Char Kung, which allows a man to control his greatest enemy. Mark also discovers that he was responsible for the robberies, operating in a hypnotic trance. Mark suspects that he will be hypnotized again, so he uses the cat charm to transfer his mind to Memakata.

As a cat Mark follows his body to the castle of sorcerer Doctor-7. The sorcerer reveals his plan, then Mark surprises him by regaining control of his body. While Mark handles Doctor-7's traps, the sorcerer hypnotizes Elsa and uses her to trap Merlin in a crystal ball. Once again, Mark uses the cat charm. He escapes the trap and has Doctor-7 arrested.
