Synopsis:
Bobo finds a toy whistle in his cereal box and begins blowing it non-stop. Seeking peace and quiet, Sheriff Chase sends Bobo to direct traffic with the whistle. Bobo's efforts to direct traffic result in a traffic jam, during which he spots a pair of crooks. Bob chases the crooks, using the whistle to trick them into surrendering because they think a squad of police has them surrounded. Bobo is rewarded for the capture with a set of new whistles.
