Synopsis:
When the Idol-Head of Diabolu fails to release a menace on the full moon, J'onn takes a break. However, the Idol-Head did create a menace in the form of two paintbrushes. The brushes are found by a pair of brothers, who paint amazing pictures with them. Their pictures come to life, releasing dangerous menaces. The Martian Manhunter fights the creatures created by the magic brushes. He orders the painters to stop painting, but then another idea occurs to him. J'onn asks one of them to paint a whale that can stop the final creature. The plan works, the creatures are destroyed, and J'onn breaks the brushes to prevent further problems.
