Synopsis:
The Star-Spangled Kid learns about a meeting of Bund spies. He and Stripesy eavesdrop on the meeting and learn that the spies plan to kidnap Rolf Chandler. The duo race to Chandler residence to stop the kidnappers. They arrive too late, but are able to follow in the Star-Rocket Racer.

Once the Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy catch up to the crooks, a battle ensues. The spy leader escapes with Chandler. Stripesy forces another spy to reveal the location of the group's secret hide-out. The Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy walk into a trap, but they manage to overcome the spies and rescue Chandler.
