Synopsis:
Mr. America interrupts a gang of crooks who are attempting to rob a vault. The crooks escape, but the watchmen identifies them as Trigger Malloy's men. He also tells Mr. America that the crooks stole diplomatic papers.

Mr. America tracks down the crooks. Malloy is shot during the ensuing fight, but his gang escapes. With his dying breath, Malloy reveals that his men plan to steal a shipment of gold being moved into the country by freighter. Mr. America stops the robbery and apprehends the gang.
