Synopsis:
Pow-Wow Smith's indian friend White Cloud has been troubled all his life by rumors of his cowardice. Ohiyesa knows that White Cloud has shown bravery many times, but on occasion has indeed shown cowardice.
When White Cloud is unable to take part in a traditional ceremony, he is exiled from the tribe as a coward. Ohiyesa tracks him down and gives White Cloud a chance to show bravery once again.
Ohiyesa then discovers that water was the reason, White Cloud acted cowardly. His mother had died in a canoe accident, and he too almost died. Using hypnotism, Ohiyesa is able to subliminally help White Cloud overcome his fear of water and return to the tribe.
