"The Last Czarnian Part Four"
This story is continued from Lobo #3.
Synopsis:
Lobo has taken a break from his prisoner escort mission to visit Revel-7. He is soon bored, so he issues a threat to kill everyone on the planet in five hours. This starts a mass panic and a riot as everyone flees. Vril Dox is forced to send L.E.G.I.O.N. shock troops to defend the planet. As the carnage ensues, several groups converge on Revel-7 intent on finding Lobo. However, they run into the mass exodus of fleeing ships. Satisfied with the destruction, Lobo resumes his escort mission. He delivers Miss Tribb to Dox. Once custody is transferred, his promise to deliver the prisoner alive is completed, so he snaps her neck.
