Synopsis:
Ralph and Sue take a taxi to a costume party and fall asleep in the back seat. When they reach the party and awaken, Ralph notices that they aren't in the same cab. Intrigued by the mystery, Ralph follows the cab back to the garage. He learns that crooks are using gas to put passengers asleep, then copying secret documents. Ralph exposes their scheme and protects the secret papers of an indian ambassador. After turning the crooks over to authorities, Ralph joins Sue at the costume party.
