Synopsis:
Wotan takes control of the mind of Thomas Frawley. He sends Frawley to kill Inza Cramer. Inza summons Doctor Fate, who rescues her from Frawley. Doctor Fate then confronts Wotan. Wotan's powers are able to counter Doctor Fate's resulting in a stalemate.

Wotan then threatens Inza and order Doctor Fate to withdraw. Doctor Fate refuses and punches Wotan instead of using magic against him. The blow knocks Wotan out. He then throws the evil sorcerer out the window. After checking on Inza, Doctor Fate intends to make sure that Wotan is dead.
