Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy encounter a gang using impervious flying bubbles to escape from crime scenes. The bowmen manage to land on top of the bubbles and travel back to the gang’s hideout. They are quickly captured and imprisoned in one of the bubbles. They are then launched into the path of some military artillery set to destroy the bubbles, but the archers reverse the polarity of the bubbles and return to the hideout. They then capture the gang.
