Synopsis:
A burglar using miniature devices breaks into a safe and makes his escape before Green Arrow and Speedy can stop him. The Bowmen tangle with the burglar, known as Mr. Miniature, again. This time they are able to follow him to his hide-out. Although the crook uses an array of miniature toy weapons against his foes, the Bowmen prevail and capture him.
