Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy visit the Green Arrow Camp for Boys. The camp is set up for underpriviledged boys to enjoy the great outdoors. The boys have each designed trick arrows for the bowmen. The arrows are childish and silly such as the bubblegum arrow, but Green Arrow humors the boys and practices with them.

While driving the boys aboard a stagecoach, Green Arrow runs into one of the Terris brothers. The brothers are crooks that have broken jail. The archers are forced to throw their quivers into the lake at gunpoint. Green Arrow is left with only the boys’ arrows. He uses the silly arrows to capture the gang. To honor the boys for their inventions, Green Arrow adds the arrows to his permanent arsenal.
