Synopsis:
Rooney and Stallings are corrupt cops who shoot Jimmy Ramirez in cold blood. Jimmy's mother seeks help, but no one will listen. She goes to church and lights a candle to summon Midnight. The masked vigilante blackmails the corrupt cops. When he picks up the money in disguise, the cops grab him and take him to the pier. Rooney shoots his own partner, while Midnight escapes. Midnight then tracks down Rooney and turns him over for justice.
